The problem<\/h2>\n

HOBO hifi is not a purely online retailer. With multiple physical locations in the Netherlands, the store is a crucial part of the customer experience, especially for those looking to spend \u20ac2,000 on an amplifier who want to hear the product first. However, the store locator information was scattered across static CMS pages without an interactive map, without a zip code search function, and without integration into the checkout for in-store pickup. Customers who wanted to visit a showroom or collect a product had to gather information themselves. That is friction, and friction costs conversions. <\/p>\n

What is Amasty Store Locator?<\/strong> Amasty Store Locator<\/a> is a Magento 2 extension that allows webshops to offer an interactive store map including a zip code search function, opening hours, and contact details per branch. Combined with a checkout integration, it enables click-and-collect, an increasingly important channel for retailers looking to connect online and offline. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

What we did<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n \n
\n

Younify installed and configured Amasty Store Locator for HOBO hifi and added all branches with opening hours, contact details, and an overview of available brands per location. The store locator widget was integrated as a prominent block on the homepage, allowing visitors to find a nearby branch immediately without searching through the navigation. <\/p>\n

For the click-and-collect functionality, a ‘Pick up at HOBO hifi’ option was added to the checkout, where customers select their preferred branch and receive a confirmation of availability. Following the Hyv\u00e4 migration, the store locator was fully styled for the new frontend, and various post-live issues, including an indexer problem and non-clickable branch links, were resolved during the stabilization phase. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

The result<\/h2>\n

Visitors who consult the store locator convert significantly more often than visitors who do not. The click-and-collect option is regularly used for higher order amounts, where customers appreciate the combination of ordering online and picking up in person.
